- bd35bet's Right to Modify: bd35bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, where circumstances require (including but not limited to technical errors, regulatory changes, or evidence of systematic exploitation).
5. Betting and Casino Game Rules
bd35bet offers sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games (including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and game-show formats), and RNG slot titles. The following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the platform.
- Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at bd35bet's discretion. bd35bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after placement, where there is evidence of a pricing error, a technical fault, match-fixing suspicion, or where the bet would place an unacceptable risk on the platform.

7. Account Suspension and Closure
Either party — the player or bd35bet — may initiate the closure of a bd35bet account. The conditions and consequences differ depending on who initiates closure and the reason for closure.
- Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the bd35bet support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, all pending withdrawal requests must be settled. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, provided KYC verification is complete.
- Self-Exclusion Closure: If you close your account via the self-exclusion tool for responsible gaming purposes, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion. bd35bet will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from reopening the account or registering a new account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. - bd35bet-Initiated Closure — Risk Management: bd35bet reserves the right to close or restrict any account for legitimate risk-management or commercial reasons, even in the absence of a Terms breach. In such cases, bd35bet will return the player's verified real-money balance in full.
- Dormant Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bd35bet will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days of notification, any remaining balance in the account will be treated in accordance with applicable unclaimed funds procedures.
